Every directional signal (BUY / SELL) published by the GoldTraderOS engine is stored in signal_snapshots at capture time with the live entry price.
The same instrument's price is re-sampled 24 hours later. A signal is a win if price moved in the bias direction; otherwise it is a loss. We never re-classify or remove losing outcomes.
Computed from the engine's recorded Maximum Favourable / Adverse Excursion over the 24-hour window.
