Refund Policy

Subscriptions

GoldTraderOS subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You may cancel at any time from the Billing area; cancellation stops future renewals but does not retroactively refund the current period.

14-Day Goodwill Window

First-time subscribers may request a full refund within 14 days of the initial charge by emailing hello@predictivelead.io. Refunds are issued at our discretion and processed to the original payment method.

Annual Plans

Annual plans are non-refundable beyond the 14-day window but remain active until the end of the paid term after cancellation.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback — most issues can be resolved directly. Disputed accounts may be suspended pending review.
