GoldTraderOS is a decision-support platform for self-directed traders. It provides analytical, journaling, and AI co-pilot tools. The Service does not execute trades on your behalf and is not a broker, exchange, or financial advisor.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to use the Service.
3. Subscriptions & Billing
Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. We may change pricing with reasonable notice.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt to reverse-engineer it, resell access without authorization, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
5. No Financial Advice

6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including trading losses, arising from your use of the Service.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing area.
